You must be at least 18 years old, or using this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or place an order. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Creating an account requires verifying your email address with a one-time code — no account is created until that code is confirmed, and unverified sign-ups are not stored as active accounts.

We make every effort to display our products, materials, and pricing accurately. Because our furniture is made from natural solid wood, slight variation in grain, tone, and finish between the photos and the piece you receive is normal and not a defect.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change at any time without prior notice. Placing an item in your cart doesn't reserve its price or stock availability until your order is confirmed.

All orders are prepaid — we currently accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully captured and verified; adding items to your cart is not a binding offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product turns out to be out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or on suspicion of fraud — in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.

Estimated delivery is 7–14 working days from order confirmation, depending on your location and the product ordered; this is an estimate, not a guarantee, and can be affected by courier or logistics delays outside our control. Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated per product and shown at checkout before you pay — orders above the free-delivery threshold ship free.

Please inspect your order on delivery. Risk in the product passes to you once it's delivered to the address you provided.

Eligible products can be returned or replaced within the window shown on the product page and in your order details, generally for items that arrive damaged or where something listed in the box is missing. Full details of what's covered are shown at checkout and in your account under My Orders.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after our team reviews the request.

If you submit a product review, you're confirming it reflects your genuine experience. We moderate reviews before they're published and may decline or remove reviews that are false, abusive, or unrelated to the product.

All content on this site — product photography, designs, logo, and text — belongs to Elite Wood Worksand may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Elite Wood Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or delays caused by third parties such as couriers or payment gateways. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to how the site or our policies work. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
